Garage space owned by someone next to us is 75% on our property

Hello all,

My husband and I just purchased a 3-flat that came with a 2-car garage. This garage is a single-brick building that, in total, is a 5-car garage and the other 3 are owned by the building next to us. We received the survey of our land/building and noticed that one of the parking spaces is about 75% on our property (see image above). Is there anything we can do to gain this space back since it is mostly on our property? Thanks!
