Hello,

I'm a new real estate investor and I want to get off on the right foot, so to speak. I was quite happy with my last tax guy for several years but he seems to have fallen off the face of the earth recently...

Does anyone out there have a real estate savvy CPA in the San Fransisco Bay Area?
