Hey @Zvika Shlomi, unlike in Georgia, closings in New Mexico are performed by title companies rather than attorneys.

Where exactly in NM is your deal located? I imagine you'd want to work with a title company that knows the specific area.

Also, this sounds like a wholesale transaction. Assuming all purchases are being done with cash, there's no good reason for a closing agent NOT to perform a double-closing.

I'm currently in Clovis, NM and I'd be happy to connect you with the main title company here. If nothing else, they can probably refer you to their affiliates throughout the state.
