Solo 401K for Real Estate

I want to transfer $ from a std 401K to a Solo 401K for the purpose of investing in R/E. I want to ensure that I meet the requirement regarding active, not passive, income.  Can you please recommend a company that offers Solo 401Ks that can also help me with the tax questions.

Please don't send a lot of "it depends on" replies because my goal here is to link up with a company that can help me take steps.  Thanks in advance.
