RE Partnership Agreement Template?
A friend and I are looking to buy a multi-family home with two units and plan to live in each unit separately. We would like to have a formal agreement written up for various considerations- ownership %, repair and maintenance costs, etc, basically how we will operate everything.
I would like to get a template to get started and then have an attorney review it from there. Does anyone have a good template they have or can recommend? There are so many online that is hard to navigate what is the best option.
Other fun facts to consider:
We are in CA
There is an opportunity to have an additional ADU added to the property
we are not considering forming a LLC or the like at this time
THANK YOU BP Peeps !
