1065 or 1040 Schd E for Trust-based LLC
Hi,
If I have a single member LLC where the member/manager is a Trust and Me and my wife are the Grantors/Trustee of the Trust with beneficiary as the Living Trust. In this case can the LLC be considered as disregarded entity and can it be filed under 1040 Schedule E or will it still be treated as partnership LLC and file 1065 form and issue K1 to the trust? I like to understand if husband/wife LLC with a trust is treated as disregarded entity and file under 1040 schd. E?
