Primary residence into LLC
I have an LLC that is for buying and renting homes. For my first rental me and my wife moved our primary residence into the LLC and are going to buy another house with a conventional loan.
my question is how long am I legally obligated to stay in this new house before doing to same thing, I.E. moving it into the LLC and making it a rental property?
I know when you sign your mortgage it says you have intent to have the home as your primary residence for 12 months but is that a legal obligation or can you make it a rental earlier?
