Title research and abstract work? Need suggestions to learn how

Not sure which forum to ask this question in...

I have been doing my own title search work for about 10 years for my own personal real estate investing. I am 100% self taught and have learned a lot from trial and error unfortunately. I would like to take a course, class, read a book so I can learn everything that an abstractor does when they do a title exam for a title company. Can anyone recommend a good source for me to go to learn everything there is to know about title search / abstracting work? I tried contacting people locally, it seems no one wants to teach / mentor even when I offer to pay $$$.
