Wholesaling in New York (Legal Advice)

I am a new Wholesaler in the New York area.

I was able to lock in 2 buyers on my first day of cold calling and am meeting with them sometime this week.

I spoke to a lawyer referred to me and he seems apprehensive about the wholesaling strategy.

Looking to speak to other investor friendly lawyers in the New York area. Any guidance in the right direction would be appreciated. Thank you.
