FHA Househack 50/50 Partnership

Background: We are purchasing a duplex and looking to evenly split the down payment and other costs, cashflow, equity--all of it.

We are making the purchase using an FHA loan so partnering into many types of legal entities (LLC, etc.). Has anybody had any experience in a similar deal/partnership formation.

Obviously we will be meeting with a lawyer, but any advice or even examples in advance would be much appreciated
