Please help me! Nj law

Hello! I am trying to get my real estate license in NJ. However, I am a bit confused. The governor of New Jersey passed a bill that undocumented immigrants are allow to get professional licenses. They listed around 150 professional licenses and real estate is one of them.

However, I called the real estate commission, but they are clueless. How can I get my license? Please, help me. I really want to achieve my goals.
