SDIRA - Operational Details and Costs.

I have been able to get adequate information on how to set up a SDIRA LLC and costs involved. However, what are the Federal and state l filings and operational considerations that need to be made each year? Also what are the typical annual costs involved? I am in GA so details for my state would be useful. Do you have recommendations for a firm that could help with the operation upkeep of a SDIRA? Would such a firm be considered an 'administrator'?
