Order of paperwork to get signed.
Newbie with a question: does anyone have a breakdown of the paperwork from A to Z that Ron Legrand/Wendy Patton recommend for each of the Subject To/Lease Option/Lease Purchase/Other?
I Have read a lot of their stuff and watched a ton of their videos, but haven't seen a clear breakdown of A to Z paperwork required to get filled out and when. ie at the face to face tabletop close: Purchase Agreement or Lease-Option, Cover Your Butt Letter, Release of Information, (and if its built before 1979) Lead Paint Disclosure.
So what paperwork gets taken care of after all of that? What gets notarized? Do I just need an attorney to look over my contracts once then escrow handles everything from then on?
Thank you all in advance for your help clarifying this!
