Co-own STR w/ Parents - Tax Advice for Splitting Income & 1099s

I'm currently looking for some tax guidance on a short term rental property I co-own with my parents (50/50).

We had a property management company running it for a few years, but we got rid of them this year and my wife and I took on the day to day operations. The rental company would split revenue and 1099 us separately. This year I signed a W-9 with Airbnb/VRBO, so the income is coming to me and gets deposited into a checking account we use for the unit.

If my dad and I are splitting income and expenses 50/50 again this year, then I'm wondering how I go about filing that income for him. Do I issue a 1099 to him?

Thanks!
