Hey everyone! I’m a newbie to real estate investing, hoping to do my first wholesale deal within the next month or two, but before I step out there I wanted to be sure that I am ethically and legally wholesaling. I know that laws will vary from state to state, but I have no idea where to look to find them. Can anyone help me out?
