If the property title is under LLC and I am the owner of the LLC, what do I need to bring at close to show I am the owner of the LLC?

In my experience the title company will ask you for articles of incorporation prior to closing. They also will have you sign a document at closing that states you have the right to sign for your company. At least that is how I have always done it, as I am in the same situation as you
