Experience cross-border (Canada to USA) CPA Recommendations?
Hi there! I am looking for an experienced cross border CPA to help me properly set up as a Canadian to invest in US real estate! From my understanding, you'll have to create a c-corp down in the states to act as a real US corporation and pay us taxes then you would create an LLP under that c-corp in your own personal name and allow the rental income to flow to you? The whole idea is to create several walls between the property and your personal name.
