Any good free resources for sample maintenance agreements?

Need to provide esq. with list of items we want included in a shared maintenance agreement. We wanted to look at some sample ags to get a better jist of what kind of items are important to us.

interested for links to any state maintenance agreements/outlines, we want to see a wide range since no one has all the gotcha's covered.  Our agreement is for a structure shared by two properties, but we have found signification  cross-over from Private road maintenance ags.

think this is too specific - google only came up with a couple free samples we could review.
