purpose of funds = raise liquidity from investments

You detailed well a large part of why defi now exists and is growing

"I would try to locate an attorney who has experience in defi and structuring businesses legally."  any recommendations to lawyers who can explain how Brookfield and Blackstone structure ownership of multiple properties ? 

We are three recent grads who all bought income real estate in college. So we

want to start an RE fintech company. We want to contribute a share of

our rental properties to our startup and run the business like a real estate

conglomerate and raise financing in the defi space. We have the defi

integration figured out but understanding the right legacy structure is

why we are posting this question. Any experiences with multi-property

companies WELCOME.  

Any good free resources for sample maintenance agreements?

Need to provide esq. with list of items we want included in a shared maintenance agreement. We wanted to look at some sample ags to get a better jist of what kind of items are important to us.

interested for links to any state maintenance agreements/outlines, we want to see a wide range since no one has all the gotcha's covered.  Our agreement is for a structure shared by two properties, but we have found signification  cross-over from Private road maintenance ags.

think this is too specific - google only came up with a couple free samples we could review.

Any outlines from experience also helpful.  Thanks
