Building an LLC - Looking for a cheaper way

Hey BP Folks!

Got a quick question...

BACKGROUND
I recently talked with a well-experienced RE Attorney about building an LLC (Florida).
The only part that made me cringe (slightly) was the price of building LLC with his service...$1,000.

Needless to say, I'm a baller on a budget, so if I can get what I want and do it cheaper that would be ideal.

Any suggestion/experience with this?

Looking forward to y'alls help.
