I've started the process of forming my own Series LLC, and wanted to find out more about all the benefits that come along with it.

Can anyone recommend some books about LLC's that go past the common knowledge of the protection they provide? More so aimed at tax benefits and purchasing homes with commercial loans? And even line of credit information?
