CPA in Massachusetts?

I'm currently looking to purchase my first duplex in Quincy, MA that I will owner-occupy. I've read a few books on the financials of doing this, but I'm out of my league on things like taxes and whether to create an LLC. BiggerPockets is great, but like to consult a CPA before I jump into anything.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a CPA that specializes in rental properties in this area? Any advice would be appreciated!
