I have purchased a new set of apartments and wondering about cost segregation. How soon should I do it , if at all and how much should it cost? And does anyone know a good company that does it?

@Yonah Weiss from Madison Specs is the guy I'd reach out to. They do a great job. I think overall it's more important to understand what cost segregation/accelerated depreciation actually is, and what it does for you. That way you can determine if it's right for you or not.
