Transferring investment property to an LLC
So I am in the beginning stages of research on this topic, forgive the elementary nature of this post.
I have recently purchased a property that I would like to create an llc for. I have heard of people transferring title from themselves to their llc. Is this still a legal practice? If this is even possible, how do you go about the transfer?
