Hello BP family! We’re currently selling off some of our properties here in Seattle. We’re considering doing a 1031 exchange but the situation with one of the properties is a little complicated.

Can anyone recommend an amazing CPA that specializes in real estate in the greater seattle area and surrounding areas?
