Question about LLC setup

Before we start this LLC, Im trying to figure this out without going through a Lawyer. Do anybody know about LLC setup cause its 3 of us and I got 70% how can it be put in writing to were i don't got to ask them for permission to do anything that's involving the buisness

Setting up an LLC is relatively easy, and if it were just you, then you could probably do it yourself. But you're talking about partnership with three people, different ownership interests, and you're talking about retaining control which would be manager-managed. You need to talk to an attorney. The cost is annoying but small compared to what will inevitably happen if you and your partners disagree about anything in the future.
