Tax auction purchase question
I won the bid at a tax auction in August. Office said it would take 6-8 weeks to get deed. Here I am now well past that timeframe and the owner has filed a stay and the county will not give me any info in they will approve it, so he can stay. Also when I ask how to get my money back they will not give me an answer either. I am frustrated that this is happening and I can not get the judge to answer if he will grant the owner to stay. This was filed 3 weeks ago. What is the best course of action?
