Hello! I am working on buying my first rental property. Does anyone know any good CPA's in PA?  I would like to talk with a CPA who is very knowledgeable around the real estate investing subject and who can understand my business plan easily. I am very interested in learning how to setup my first rental property the right way so I can reduce any taxes from cash flow. Any help would be great!
