I need a real estate attorney in the San Diego area that can do simultaneous closes when I wholesale properties. And Also when I buy with owner financing and when I sell with owner financing! Also when I sell on terms to qualified lease purchase buyers! The attorney has to be willing and have the expertise!

I need a response asap!
