If I invest y rental income into buying another property

Hi, I have yet to invest in my first rental property but this whole tax situation is started to scare me away. Are there any good books on Rental property’s and taxes?

We’re can I find a good CPA?

And the big question, If I take all of the cash flow I’m making from my rental property for example, 1000 a month. And I invest that into buying another rental property will I have to pay taxes on that money?
