Set my LLC for TPT and Tax Exempt Account with Home Depot

Hi,

I would appreciate if someone guides me with this here. I have an LLC in Arizona. I am planning to buy houses, rehab them and rent or sell them (depends on the property).

Can I get a Transaction Privilege Tax license and not pay sales tax on the material I buy for rehab since we will sell/rent it the house?
