Property Tax Deductible as Expense for 2nd Home?

I’m buying a second home that I may rent out. Can I deduct my property tax as an expense for this 2nd home? I understand you can deduct property tax up to $10,000 but my property tax for the first home is higher than that so doesn’t really apply for this.

Anyway to deduct the property tax? Thank you
