Question for people out there, if I wanted to invest some solo 401k money in a startup LLC that I know someone is considering starting up (who is not considered a disqualified person), can I?

Secondly if the answer is yes, What if the business was a services based business - (for example they pulled title reports) - if that is the case then could one of my real estate companies hire them to provide me title reports?
