Lease to own contract

Good afternoon. Pray everyone is safe during these crazy times. I’m looking for a lease to own contract (I’m in Florida) for a property. Want to make sure I use the proper paperwork. Owner is not transferring ownership. Just rent with a ballon payment. Appreciate any information.
