Is it legal to charge different rental rates per room in Florida?

Good Day! I have Florida college condo housing and I am renting the 4 bedrooms separately. Can I legally charge different rates for each room? Each room could potentially have different lease lengths as well, ie 12 mo, 9 mo, 5 mo etc.
