Hello! I have a few LLCs in which I am the only owner of. An investor and I are establishing an LLC together and we are meeting with an attorney next week. Our business will primarily involve renovations and buy-and-hold properties. I want to make sure that everyone is protected. It will be an equal ownership LLC.

What are some specific by laws and terms that you all would suggest having in your agreement? I want to be able to provide feedback and things that we specifically want when we meet with the attorney. Thank you!
