Transfer property to LLC
I've heard contradicting information on the feasibility of moving a property from a person to an LLC controlled by that person if the property has a mortgage loan on it. Anyone have any insight or information they can share about this?
I've heard anything from " a lawyer can easily transfer it to an llc" to " if the bank catches on they will immediate call your loan due"
any insight would be helpful. Thanks
