Looking for an accountant and attorney for International Investor

Hi,

I am located in Denver, CO and I am looking for a recomendation on an accountant and an attorney that specialize in foreign investor clients. I have a family member that wants to invest money in real estate with me here in Colorado. I need someone that can help us naviagte through this process. I have formed my own LLC, so that isn't my biggest concern. We need to be sure that his entity is set up correctly for a foreigner and then we need some guidance on opening a US bank account so he can wire money from his foreign bank account into a US bank account that would be opened in his business name. He wants to hire an accountant to keep his books here in the US as well, so hopefully this community can give me some strong recomendations, thanks in advance.
