Saving money on taxes through a SEP

Just completed our second BRRR and working on our first flip! Very excited about acquiring more real estate.

This question goes out to all the realtors. I am a financial advisor in Oregon who is working with realtors on saving money on taxes as well as diversifying their investments.

Is anyone out there getting hit hard on taxes because of the great gains they getting on their real estate?

If so have you started or looked into opening a SEP IRA? If not I can share some info about it!
