Hello all,

I have a family member who has a property in probate in Florida. My family member and myself are located in Washington state so we are looking for direction in terms of how to get the property out of probate and into my family members name. I am looking for a real estate lawyer that is familiar with the Florida regulations regarding properties in probate. If you are a lawyer or know of a lawyer in Florida, please contact me via BiggerPockets. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!
