Business bank accounts

Why am I having a problem opening a business bank account for my vacation rental property? I have ALL required credentials, llc, business license, etc. Denied twice. I'm using my ein, it's a new business,  I have no negative history. I need this business account to begin establishing business credit. I'm stuck at this point.
