Alabama tax deed land with live stock

I just purchased a piece of tax deed land in Anniston Alabama but it has live stock! How would one handle the live stock in this situation does it come included with the land since I purchased the parcel if I wanted to sell the livestock what would i need to do to cover me legally. The original owner of the land also has a home right next to this that was sold due to delinquent taxes, and the investor who purchased the land said that the owner did not even show up for the court ejectment case.
