Multiple Properties on One Deed
Hi BP Brain Trust :)
My husband and I own 8 SFR in various states & counties. We are in the process of transferring these properties into a trust.
One of Title Lawyers in Texas asked if we wanted to put multiple properties one deed. I guess if the properties are in the same county they can all be on the same deed. It saves us $100, which is nice, but I am concerned it will cause some sort of headache down the road that will FARRRRRR outway the hundred bucks :)
Does anyone think this will cause issues with refinancing or selling these properties independently down the road?
Thanks in advance for the help!
Carly
