LLC and partnerships
I would like to know the difference between an LLC and a partnership. Thanks for any support!

Taxes can be different with the LLC than with a partnership-can be taxed as a Scorp or partnership. In a partnership arrangement You can have a general partner and limited partner in some instances to minimize liability. Talk to your attorney and accountant to see what type of entity is best for you.
