Non QM loans, is there any option right now???

I had been self-employed for the last 4 years and two weeks ago my plan to buy a bigger house for my family got cancelled due to market conditions of the non QM loans. I have the property I want and I am ready with 10% down, 761 fico and over $16k monthly income in bank statements for the past 2 years. Any help would be greatly appreciated it
