Investing while in chapter 13 bankruptcy year one fha
May this year will make a year of me filing bankruptcy chapter 13. According to hud you can purchase one year while in chapter 13 with FHA as long as you have at least a 580 credit score, on time payments history and with the trustees approval. However I keep hearing that most lenders won't lend while in bankruptcy. What are my options?
