Cleveland, OH CPA for New Investor

Andrew B.

Hi,

I am looking for referrals to a CPA in Ohio to help me get myself set up as a new landlord and to file taxes for 2020 tax year and beyond. I am a CPA myself but tax is not my expertise and want to outsource annual and quarterly tax filings going forward. Prefer someone located in Northeast Ohio but willing to work remotely. Hoping to find someone who also owns investment properties.

Thanks!

@Andrew B.

There may a tax adviser on here from your area. Not sure. Otherwise there are a dozen or so CPAs on here working remotely. You may know this but you have a state income tax filing and Ohio has the regional tax agency, so be sure to keep that in mind.
