HI All, I am living in CA. Have rentals in CA, MI, Ohio, WA. I am looking for Asset Protection Attorney to help me to structure what best for me. I was thinking about doing the below vs. combine it with Series LLC.

Holding/Parent LLC to hold child LLCs.

1. 1 LLC in MI to hold all Detroit Properties. (child LLC)

2. 1 LLC in Ohio to hold all Ohio Properties (child LLC)

3. 1 LLC in WA to hold all WA Properties (child LLC)

4. 1 LLC in CA as holding all CA Properties (child LLC)

5. The Holding LLC (Parent) to be open in Wyoming to hold the above 4 child LLCs.

Then, also put the Wyoming LLC under a TRUST so my personal information is 100% shield/protect.

Thanks,

regards, Duc
