Seeking REI CPA in the Portland, OR area

Hello BP! This is my first discussion on here. I am in need of a REI friendly CPA near me. I have attempted to establish a network of REI and end up in road blocks when it comes to finding a CPA, e.g., some are too busy and others not accepting new clients. I am new in REI, with only one rental property, and now in contract to have my second rental property. Any recommendations are highly appreciated and welcomed.
