Using excess private money on outside deals
Hi; if I'm between deals and have an excess of private investor funds, can I fund other investor's projects with it (essentially like what a hard money lender does)?
Or are there more regulations involved when funding projects where I'm not a principle in the deal? (in which case I may be able to negotiate a small equity interest to fund the deal?)
Thanks
